Nobody can publish before our team has checked their identity or company documents. Verified profiles carry a badge. If a profile no longer meets our rules, its listings are taken offline.

New and changed listings are reviewed before they appear. We look for misleading prices, copied photos, duplicates and prohibited content. Listings that are not updated for a long time are flagged and then expire.

Use the report button on a listing, or write to us from the contact page. Reports go to moderators, and repeat offenders lose their access.

• Never pay a deposit before you have seen the property or a verified contract.
• Be careful when someone asks you to move the conversation away from Qubihome.
• Qubihome never asks for your password or payment details by message.
• If a price looks far too good, it probably is.

Access rules are enforced in the database itself. Documents are stored in private folders. We show no third-party advertising and run no tracking. Read the privacy notice and cookie policy.
