Privacy notice

The controller is Qubitty, the operator of Qubihome. For anything about your data, use the contact page and choose the topic privacy.

• Account: email, password (stored only as a hash), name, country and language, to provide your account. Basis: contract.
• Searches, favorites, notes and alerts: to give you the features you ask for. Basis: contract.
• Messages and valuation requests you send: shared with the agent or staff you address. Basis: contract.
• Verification and certificate documents: to check identity and prevent fraud. Basis: legitimate interest and, where required, consent. Stored privately.
• Listings, company profiles and reviews you publish: shown publicly. Basis: contract.
• Billing: handled by our payment provider; we store the plan and status, not card numbers. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Security and abuse prevention: short-lived technical records such as hashed network identifiers for rate limits. Basis: legitimate interest.
• Aggregate view counts use a daily-rotating salted hash and cannot identify you.

We use processors under data processing agreements: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), our hosting provider, Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and translation providers (only the text of listings you publish). Push notifications are delivered through your browser's push service. We do not sell personal data and show no third-party advertising. Listings and messages are visible to the people they are meant for.

Some processors may handle data outside your country or outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and ask processors for appropriate safeguards.

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete it. Expired alert events, view de-duplication records and old webhook deliveries are purged automatically. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Tenant certificates last one year unless you cancel them sooner.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. On your account page you can download all your data as a file and delete your account yourself. For anything else use the contact page. You may also complain to your national data protection authority; in the European Union you can find yours in the list kept by the European Data Protection Board.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and, with your consent, to remember your preferences. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy.

Access rules are enforced in the database, connections are encrypted, uploaded files are checked and stored privately, and sensitive endpoints are rate limited. If we change this notice in a material way we will say so on the site.
