Terms of use

Qubihome is an online marketplace operated by Qubitty. It lets professionals and owners publish property listings and lets visitors search, save and contact them. Qubihome is not a party to any sale or rental contract and is not an estate agent.

You must give accurate information, keep your password secret and be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Only verified accounts may publish. Every listing is reviewed by a moderator before it goes live and may be changed back to draft or removed. You confirm that you are entitled to offer the property, that the details and photos are accurate and that you hold the rights to the photos. Misleading prices, fake listings, duplicates and discriminatory content are prohibited.

Listings are provided by third parties and we do not guarantee that they are complete, current or error-free. Prices shown in another currency are approximate conversions at daily rates. Valuations are estimates and not an appraisal. Always check details and the final price with the seller before you decide.

Do not scrape the service beyond what the API allows, attack or overload it, bypass its security, send spam, impersonate others or use it for unlawful purposes. Reviews and messages must be honest and respectful.

Professional plans are billed through our payment provider in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Consumers in the European Union keep their statutory withdrawal rights. If a plan ends, listings above the free limit are taken offline, not deleted.

You keep the rights to your content. You give Qubihome a non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate and distribute it inside the service, and to show it in search results, for as long as it is published. Machine translations are labelled as such.

We provide the service as it is available and aim for high availability, but cannot promise it will always work without interruption. We are not responsible for the content of listings or for agreements between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

You can delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches, and will tell you why unless the law forbids it.

We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the site before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. Questions: use the contact page.
